HEPA-Remove^®

Description

HEPA-Remove^® is a synthetic peptide designed to inhibit heparin and heparin-like compounds in plasma samples. It selectively complexes heparins and thereby inhibits the heparin-associated assay interference.

Intended use

Heparin and heparin-like molecules interfere with various assays including coagulation assays and PCR-based assays. HEPA-Remove^® has been designed to eliminate these interferences. Moreover, HEPA-Remove^® inhibits FXII activation in aPTT based assays. For research use only.
