Description

5-ELISA Factor VIII Plus is an enzyme immunoassay (RUO) for the quantitative determination of human FVIII antigen in plasma samples and factor VIII concentrates using the double antibody enzyme linked immuno-sorbent assay (ELISA).

Features:

• Rapid sandwich ELISA to measure huma factor VIII antigen in plasma samples and factor VIII concentrates (FVIII:Ag)
• Detection limit of 0.008 IU/mL (0.8 %factor VIII antigen
• Under 3 hour total incubation time
• Factor VIII antigen reported as IU/ml determined by comparison to a secondary standard that is traceable to the WHO international standard for factor VIII antigen
• Includes normal and low control
• The mean lot-to-lot variability is 3.1%.

Kit contents:

• Pre-coated plate in a convenient 96 well; 6×16 strip format
• Calibrator plasma, Control A and Control B plasmas (2 vials of each)
• Sample diluent and wash buffer concentrate
• Ready-to-use detecting antibody, TMB substrate and stop solutions
