Tris NaCl EDTA PEG Buffer pH 8.40
Can be used as buffer recommended by the United States and European Pharmacopoeia for the assay of heparin anti-IIa and anti-Xa activity, verified and validated in combination with BIOPHEN ANTI-IIa (2 stages heparin assay, ref. 220005) and BIOPHEN ANTI-Xa (2 stages heparin assay, ref. 221005) kits.
Tris NaCl EDTA BSA Buffer pH 8.40
Can be used as buffer recommended by the United States and European Pharmacopoeia for the assay of heparin anti-IIa and anti-Xa activity, verified and validated in combination with BIOPHEN ANTI-IIa (2 stages heparin assay, ref. 220005) and BIOPHEN ANTI-Xa (2 stages heparin assay, ref. 221005) kits.
Tris NaCl EDTA Buffer with heparin neutralisation, pH 7.85
For testing direct FXa inhibitors, especially with BIOPHEN Heparin LRT (ref. 221011 / 221013 / 221015), BIOPHEN Heparin 3 (ref. 221003), BIOPHEN Heparin 6 (ref. 221006) or BIOPHEN DiXaI (ref. 221030). This buffer totally neutralizes heparin present in the assay sample and renders a measurement totally specific for DiXaI.
