We are excited to introduce our latest product line from Nordic Biomarker – CE-marked Medirox reagent kits for both routine and specialized tests. This new product line stands out for its exceptional stability and delivers reliable results, ensuring high-quality laboratory diagnostics
- MRX PT Quick: This kit only requires a single reagent, as calcium chloride is already added. It is characterised by its high sensitivity (ISI at approx. 1), excellent stability and minimal batch-to-batch variation. MRX PT Quick is calibrated against the international WHO reference preparation RBT/05.
- MRX APTT: Ready-to-use APTT liquid reagent with a high sensitivity for unfractionated heparin (UFH). Insensitive to lupus anticoagulant.
- MRX Antithrombin: This ready-to-use, Factor Xa-based liquid reagent has excellent stability, detects both Type I and Type II AT deficiency and is insensitive to Heparin Cofactor II (HCII).
- MRX Red D-Dimer: A ready-to-use D-Dimer liquid reagent with high sensitivity, specifically developed for coagulation analysers that measure in the wavelength range of 600-800 nm. Validated applications for various platforms are available for these tests. With a low cut-off of 200 ng/mL DDU and 500 ng/mL FEU, the test ensures a high exclusion rate for deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism.
- MRX Green FDP: The ready-to-use reagent is specific for fibrin/fibrinogen degradation product (FDP). Validated applications for different platforms are available for the test.
